FCM (Ford Marketing Campaigns )
FCM is a software aimed at managing the incentives of marketing settled by the parent company on each vehicle registered by the dealer.
FCM operates on three fronts:
- It is fully integrated with the management system (Drakkar, Lynx, Infinity) from which it downloads data on registered vehicles.
- Automatically acquires from Ford Mate the registry of outstanding Ford campaigns.
- Automatically imports from MPS2 the list of credit notes cleared by Ford .
Matching incentives to individual vehicles determines the company's accrual comparable to what Ford settles.
The resulting output is a file containing the value of the incentives, which can be automatically uploaded to the Ford portal for e-Bm processing.

Matching campaigns
FCM matches each registered vehicle with marketing campaigns based on the characteristics expressed in Ford circulars (model, registration date, contract date, DMV, etc...).
Credit note control
The FCM user can import the list of credit notes directly from the Ford Mate portal.
This operation allows perfect control between accrued and liquidated.
Standard Report
Data imported and reprocessed in FCM can be exported to Excel or Word using the "Standard Reports" section.
Three types of reports are available:
- Report Matured at: containing what the user matched to each individual vehicle;
- Report Credit notes receivable: containing what is still expected at a given date;
- Report paid to: containing what has already been cleared by Ford on a given date.
E-Bm
FCM is an incentive management and control tool that is fully integrated with the Ford e-Bm processing portal.
With one click you can create an incentive file, broken down by carline and by sales channel, which can be uploaded directly to the Ford portal to complete the Bm.
